Recording of Back to Normal: The Return to Office through a Diversity Lens

For some, working remotely has been a welcome change, and at times a refuge from unwanted office dynamics such as microaggressions. Meanwhile, many organizations are keen to get “back to normal” and are requiring or encouraging employees to return to the office. With the knowledge that “normal” ways of working may not have always been inclusive, our panel seeks to explore how lessons learned from the pandemic can inform how we can make the return to office inclusive for everyone.
