UK court eviscerates credibility of witness due to “coaching” via smart glasses

The British case of UAB and Jakstys v. Oneta Limited et al. provides an instructive illustration of how trial witnesses may try to use technology to improperly aid or affect their testimony, and how this affects the court’s assessment of witness credibility in such a situation.
